Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Kinjani handles personal information collected through kinjani.com.

What we collect

We collect the information you choose to give us: your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter, and your name, email address, enquiry type and message when you use our contact form. We also collect basic, non-identifying usage data about how pages on this site are viewed.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to enquiries, to send you Kinjani updates such as founder stories and open calls for applications, and to understand which parts of the site are useful. We segment newsletter subscribers (for example as learners, founders, investors or partners) so the updates you receive are relevant to you.

Legal basis

We process contact-form data to respond to your request, and newsletter data on the basis of the consent you give when you subscribe. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

Sharing and storage

We do not sell your personal information. Data is stored on our managed cloud infrastructure and is accessible only to Kinjani team members who need it. We retain enquiry records for as long as needed to support the relationship, and newsletter records until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies and local storage needed for the site to function. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
